First step: Run >>write "CMD" >> Open ''command prompt" (if any problem then open it like administrator) now type "Diskpart". If it's not available in your PC, then download from this link [ http:/www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/detail.aspx?id=23711]
Step tow: Type list disk, it's show your which one your USB drive.
Step Three: Type Select xxxx (xxxx= disk name) ex: disk 4.
Step Four: Type "clean"
Step Five: Type "create partition primary" for select your USB drive primary partition.
Step Six: Type "active"
Step Seven: Convert FAT32 my USB partition, Type ''format fs=fat32 quick"
Step Eight: Type "assign"
Step Nine: Now copy windows7 Installation to your USB drive. then your windows7 USB installation totally ready.
